  现在在培智学校就读的大部分学生为中度智力落后儿童,他们的思维长期停留在直观形象阶段,根据他们的思维特点,所以在对他们的教学上应多采用直观教学法,于是教具就成为了必不可少的教学辅助手段。本文通过在培智学校中对中度在智力落后儿童教学实例的观察和对8名教师的访谈,反映培智学校对中度智力落后儿童的教学中,教具应用的实际情况及存在的问题。尽管教师能够根据学生的特点选择教具,帮助学生提高学习兴趣,发展抽象思维,理解掌握所学内容,但是由于教学条件及教师自身素质等因素的制约,教具的使用受到一定的限制。
